IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We schedule a batch for items that meet "PROJECT IN BY" generally the first full week's Friday of each month.
- Items will be completed 5 or 10 weeks later on SECOND FRIDAY.
- Larger projects like refinishing an entire dining room set or bedroom set may require a double period or 10 weeks to complete, based on other workloads.
- Major upholstery rebuilding from "springs up" is the same. Upholstery that requires some wood repair, stripping and refinishing of the wood, and then upholstery requires the double period.

WHEN TAKING PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEM FOR YOUR EMAIL INQUIRY:
- Have good lighting and move closer to the item. Folks tend to stand too far away.
- Mark the damages or special aspects with something like masking tape.
- Take an overall photo of the whole item. For example, the dining table.
- Take a close-up photo of any special areas. For example, the gouge to the top.
- Take photos from various angles. For example, from the left and from the right or from opposite side of table since light reflection "plays tricks".
Notes:
1)Please Do Not Copy & Paste your photos into the body of the email. We will not see them.
2)CELL PHONE CAMERAS: It is really much better if you will transfer your camera photos to your laptop or desktop computer and then email to us as attachments. Sending from the cell phone usually puts them in the body of the email and makes very restricted for analysis.
