Quality, Western Red Cedar is handcrafted to make these exterior raised panel shutters. Panels are available in a variety of design options, including flat, V-groove flat, raised on both sides and V-groove raised. Decorative trim may also be added to create unique design variations.
Mortise-and-tenon construction is used to ensure durability and performance for the life of the shutter.
Exterior Raised Panel Shutters can be ordered raw or select one of our custom finishing options and let our shutter professionals spray finish to your specifications. Available with hanging system ready for installation.

PANEL TRIM MOULDING
A variety of decorative trim moulding profiles help you create a unique shutter design. Paneled trim mouldings are inset-mounted.
WESTERN RED CEDAR
Our choice material. Naturally decay resistant, light weight, straight and it has the lowest expansion ratio of any species. The tight grain of old growth Western red is unmatched. FSC certified sustainable.
DECORATIVE CUTOUTS
Cutouts and carvings are offered in a wide variety of standard designs. Given our expanded CNC capabilities, cutout patterns designed by our customers are also welcomed.

EXTERIOR SHUTTER FINISHING OPTIONS
(Additional charges apply.)
Option 1: Spray Primed.
Each shutter is sanded and sprayed with a quality oil-based primer. Additional light sanding is required prior to finishing.
Option 2: Primed and Finished*.
Each shutter is sanded, primed with two coats of oil-based primer and sanded again. Then the shutters are finished with a top quality exterior paint of your choice.
*All color finishes may be matched to your national brand of paint by supplying the manufacturer's name and color number or code.

Shutters are constructed with two equal sections and single-sided panels unless otherwise specified.
For shutter heights over 65", two section construction is recommended.
Prices are for CLEAR (no fingerjoints) Western Red Cedar; for select grain STAIN-GRADE with no filler add 10%.
