Certain hardwoods are becoming harder to obtain in the quality we desire. ** When available

WALNUT** is starting to show some sap wood portions and dark streaks.
MAHOGANY** is simply in short supply generally. ANY DELAY IN SHIPMENT will be notified to you and full refunds are available at that point if/as requested.
PAINT GRADE** is not always readily available, so if not you'll be notified that we can slightly upgrade to SOFT MAPLE.
MAPLE available is a SOFT MAPLE, It is a close grained wood which may include heartwood streaks of darker color and is NOT available in a "select" grade.

There is a SPECIAL $60 packaging and handling fee, DUE TO THE SOLID CONSTRUCTION, WEIGHT, AND BULK OF THESE LEGS, PER ORDER, NOT PER ITEM, but items receive FREE SHIPPING to the 48 Contigous States. Long items, like bed posts have slightly higher packaging fees.

SHIPPING: Your order will 99% of time be turned over to UPS for shipment direct to you within 7 business days.

RESTOCKING: There will be a 25% restocking fee on any returned Wood Furniture Parts plus you are responsible for return shipping costs. Such parts must be in their original condition.
