1. STANDARD" UNDER COUNTER" DRAWER BOX is $60 each for 1/2" Baltic Birch (100% veneer core) Plywood on 4 sides and 1/4" recessed bottom.
2. INTERNET SPECIAL any "under counter" standard drawer height box height of 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", or 4" and up to 24" wide for under counter drawers.
   Standard box front/back depth is 21" or 18" with options available.
   
3. The new box is preassembled with dovetailed joints, receives a clear lacquer finish, and arrives with FREE FEDEX SHIPPING.
4. IF ordered with our slide system the required drawer cut outs are already done and the front mounting clips are pre-installed.

NON STANDARD "UNDER COUNTER" DRAWER BOX IS ANY SIZE OVER 4" HIGH OR 24" WIDE.
Add $10 for extra height. Special taller heights are limited to 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9.5, 10.
Our slide system requires 1/2" of clearance below the box and also above the box. So, if your cabinet opening is 5" then you'll need at 4" high box, or for your size the next shortest height.

Add $10 for extra width.
At some width you may want a 1/2" bottom if heavy contents.

Add $20 for 1/2" bottom to support heavy contents any size.

Add $10 for Rollout Box for Pull-out Trays:
A cabinet pull-out tray is the same drawer box with no cabinet drawer face and with the box front having the handle scoop out area.

Add $20 High Back Rollout for Special Pantry Pull Out Trays:
High Back Trays are basically no different, but are usually much larger, longer, or wider than kitchen drawers to keep taller items from tipping over the back.
Order back height desired UP TO 5" and the front is always 2 1/2".
Extra wide charges also apply for over 24".

Just transfer your drawer front and slide hardware and the drawer is better than new.
Drill 2 or 4 holes thru front of drawer box and then screw from inside box into back of drawer front to attach it. Once located properly, then drill thru existing handle holes and attach handle.

KITCHEN DRAWER REPAIR OR MODIFICATION <SAVE your existing drawer!>

Kitchen cabinet drawers are famous for breaking in a variety of ways. The basic cause is that they likely were not made well to begin with and in use they get a lot of rough treatment.

Common problems include the drawer front being broken away from the drawer box. It happens when the drawer is repeatedly closed too hard, especially with heavy contents. We fix 'em.

Another common problem is at any of the 4 corner joints. The cause of drawer breakage happens for similar reasons but starts with poor design. We fix e'm.

Finally, drawer bottoms warp or get loose from overweight. We fix those also.

Old chests and dressers frequently have faulting drawer boxes because of similar causes and due to size have twisted and warped. The solution is again a new drawer box.

Furniture drawer slide systems, or drawer guides, vary widely. The most common problem is the bottom center track of wood breaks. We supply a selection of replacements.

Cabinet Drawer Repair Modification

UPS shipments are gladly received for such repairs. 2-4 week turn around.
