Width sizing is important: The typical side roller can NOT set at least partially behind the 
faceframe. The side roller consumes ½” per side. The tray and side roller must clear the door or doors when it is pulled out by ½” per side. The door, when opened, due to its hinge swing may actually consume some space from within the opening. The wood tray box should normally be at least 2” narrower than the cabinet opening. That is 1/2" for the side roller, 1/2" for the door clearance, double both for each side; and, get 2".
The customer should be able to measure the width of the opening from face frame to face frame and to advise if there is one or two doors covering the opening. The customer becomes responsible for accurate sizes and to also confirm there are no internal obstructions inside the cabinets such as plumbing or wiring.
