IF YOUR APPLIANCE IS NOT MADE TO RECEIVE SUCH PANELS, IT CAN NOT BE DONE.
IT IS POSSIBLE YOUR APPLIANCE HAS COLORED METAL PANELS IN AN ALUMINUM FRAME AND IF THAT IS TRUE, THEN WOOD PANELS CAN BE FITTED.
DOOR PANEL KITS FOR APPLIANCES
Certain brands and models of side-by-side refrigerators and dishwashers can be fitted with wood appliance panels, given the existence of appropriate metal trim kits for the appliances.
The following assumes the "standard" appliance side-by-side with door dispenser.
It can be modified to address specialized appliances like SubZero brands and even their "overlay" mounting requiring backer and spacer panels. They just cost more.
Refrigerator side by side:
$720 UNfinished. Based on typical style standard refrigerator / freezer and average sizes and presuming red oak wood.
Finishing available likely about $300/450 additional.
$200/250 additional for in-door dispenser design and cutting of opening if required.
Design could include a "full width" dispenser requiring only a panel above and another below $100/150 additional.
The freezer door presumes two panels for above and below the full width water dispenser. The refrigerator door presumes what looks like one full-length panel but is really two panels abutting each other up/down. The lower panel is usually the same height of the lower freezer panel. This allows panels of limited lengths for stability of design. All panels are mounted on ¼” matching plywood backers that fit within the trim kit’s ¼” gap. The door panels are sized ½” narrower on all sides, and 2” at the handle if the handle is full length with side access.
Each appliance panel is a square raised panel door of the wood choices, styles, and configurations we have available. Other woods and panel styles are available but may have a slight surcharge. Each panel is ordered narrower and shorter that the required backer panel size based on the appliance kit specification sheets. The panel is then mounted on matching ¼” furniture grade plywood. The protruding edges of the ¼” plywood then fits easily into the metal appliance molding kit. Final notching of the plywood corners may be required and should be performed by the installer.
As an option, we do pre-finish to match existing cabinetry given a reasonable understanding about wood grain variations, new wood and new finish. We are good but perfection is not guaranteed. Finishing cost is quoted separately based on your provided sample.
Sub Zero Complex Example:
$2335 hardwood like oak or maple custom pre-finished to match stained and lacquered.
Basically a turn key set up where you take it out of the crate box and install it along with the handle and in-door cover plate. Varies by design of unit. Includes shipping.
A Sub Zero built in unit with refrig and freezer with dispenser in the door, with top grill cover cross piece also. Usually with specialty panels full width, plus an overlay design with wood totalling covering front of appliance including metal trim kit. Required extra wide doors, special wide stiles/rails, back sheet panel, spacer sheet panel, custom standard painting or staining to march, custom pre-assembly, crating, and free shipping.
Does NOT include handle hardware handling, modification, or installation.

The applliance dealer, or the owner's manual supplied with your new unit, can provide the few pages of detail specifications for the wood panels. We need them by scan and email or fax.
The goal should be to match your existing cabinetry design. The solution to start is some digital pictures. Take one of new refrig, cabinetry generally, close up of a door, and a closer picture of the 12" or so of the upper or lower corner of a door along with one of the side view of the door edge. .
We need to see your current door style, with a close up of the lower corner 12" or so for detail, and another of the door's edge.
We need to see the full set of specifications supplied with the appliiance. Key drawing needed is to the left below. is just one page and we need all pages..

The overall two door panel design allows for the in-door dispenser and includes cutting out for it.
Each panel includes the three layers of the door panel, the 1/8" sjhim and the 1/4" backer all of which is pre assembled.

Dishwasher over under:
$450 unfinished. Based on typical style, average sizes and presuming oak wood. Installation not included.
The same approach as for refrigerators is used, but the panel edges at the door hinge usually requires 1” of plywood at edges to allow for door pivot clearance. Could include a small low panel.
